The DCR Pro is designed to fit alongside a bead breaker, preparation and fully HSE compliant spray booth. The ONLY mobile Alloy wheel Diamond cutting lathe to do so.
With all the tech that the DCR Pro brings you are now able to offer at the door service for your customers no matter if they are retail or trade.
The DCR-Pro allows you to resurface the diamond cut alloy wheels, available as a stand alone product for your workspace, but fully mobile for your customised van.
The ergo design preparation area makes for the easy prep of your alloy wheels. Break the bead, place it on the wheel rack to use a DA for significant damage, and then tape the wheel for the DCR Pro.
The custom bead breaker enables the easy breaking of the wheel tyre to allow for refinishing. There is space under the workstation for large wheels—easy one-press operation.
The custom-designed spray booth from Kings Fleet Services is thoroughly tested on installation and fully compliant with all UK HSE regulations for the Spray booth environments.
Storage is an integral part of the DCR Systems mobile alloy wheel repair, and as such, the vans come supplied with an HSE-compliant COSHH cupboard and racking for paints and paint equipment. There is then enough space to mix your paints.
The Canopy makes for a great addition to the van and is available as an optional extra. There are also several optional extras you can have made for you upon request.
