The DCR Wheel Preparation Booth is designed to prepare alloy wheels easily using power sanders. The process works by placing a wheel on the wheel stand and connecting air or electric sanders with a dust hose to the booth. The dust is then extracted and collected by the H Class dust-rated vacuum, maintaining a dust-free environment. The Wheel Preparation Booth is designed and intended ONLY for the light sanding of wheels to remove paint and lacquer – The Preparation Booth is intended to complement our H20 Blaster, DCR Pro and Spray & Cure Booth.

We were demonstrated our DCR machine via the mobile van and what an impressive piece of kit that is. The sales team are very courteous, friendly, and not pushy. They understood our needs and immediately tailored the systems to our business needs. We took delivery of our DCR machine and Wheel prep wash machines on 31st July this year. We had complete training on both machines, which instilled confidence in our technicians from day one. The delivery and installation were very efficient, and we were up and running that day.
